Large Format in Glencoe

4th November 2017: Just back from a large format workshop based in Glencoe, Scotland run by Richard Childs and Tim Parkin (and visiting old friends near Mallaig on the way up). It was good to meet some other photographers interested in continuing with large format film and fun to give it some concentrated time, with the possibility of taking only 3 or 4 images per day. There is, however, plenty to go wrong with large format, and I eventually came back with only one decent negative from the 10×8 Tachihara taken in the quarry at Balachulish (I hope – it is still to be developed!). Some digital images from this week below….
